THE SONG
Nightmares begins in a restrained, intimate space before gradually opening into something heavier and more unstable. Beth’s vocal carries the emotional tension while Kostas’s guitars move the song from quiet unease into distortion and release.
At its core, the song explores vulnerability, desire, escape and the restless space between fear and longing. The arrangement follows that emotional movement — from the clean opening into the heavier second half and guitar solo, before returning to a final stripped-back moment.
